Young Swimmer Wins Six Medals in a Single Content!

DAKSHAJA DAYUPRETI, a Std. III student of Delhi Public School, Navi Mumbai, participated in the Sub Junior & Junior District Aquatic Championships-2019 at Raigad, Maharashtra, in the “Group IV” Girls (Under-10) category.

The swimming championships were organized by the Raigad District Amateur Aquatic Association—affiliated to the Maharashtra State Amateur Aquatic Association (M.S.A.A.A.)—on 13 May 2019, held at the Karnala Sports Academy, Panvel, Maharashtra.

Eight-year-old Dakshaja contested in various formats of the tournament, and won six medals in all, as below:

Dakshaja was awarded a medal and a Certificate of Honor for each achievement.

After having secured top positions in every format she contested, Dakshaja has been selected for Maharashtra State Championship 2019 in the Under-10 Girls category.
