Thinking Positive!

Carl Joseph, born without a left leg has earned 13 letters in football, basketball and track and was elected to the Florida High School Hall of Fame.

The art of positive thinking could well be your POWER, If you choose the habit of ‘Staying Happy’ – come what may, whatever.

When life is all tasks uphill, you fret; you fume, but learn to say, ‘Why Worry’. Things will seem trifle, too soon. From a Quite Mind arises POWER – the power of PEACE.  So learn to empty your mind – worries and fears shall cease.

You are what you think – So, why be miserable in your thoughts?

You shall get what you want – So, why be miserly in seeking what you want?

Carry lofty thoughts, mighty wishes – happy shall you be, visualize, ‘I shall always be a Winner’ – and surely shall you be.

Get weight off your chest when I aid with cares – it’ll make you light.

What more’s needed to keep you positive, outright?

What Makes A Team?

Every member, to make a sound, perfect team, gives his best to achieve excellence; adds sheen.

Each one hones his skills to complement each other, at times of dire need, do act as supplements to others.

Goals and objectives, a common vision, they share, often balancing roles, oft, misunderstandings too, they bear.

A supportive nod, a trustful gesture, a reassuring smile, will do wonders for a team. There’s no room for vile.

Cropping conflicts, ballooning egos – are dangerous threats, But a good team confronts all, with open minded heads.

‘Each one grow, help others grow’ – a team’s watchword, builds healthy relationships with, of course, fun galore!

“How well I listen”, “How well I communicate”- Ponder over these. And see emerging from within you – an effective team leader, indeed!
